The host was very friendly and helpful. The property was easy to get to and there was somewhere to park your car. The property is basic but it was clean ad tidy.

The bed was too soft for me. Apart from the few odd jobs that the host knew about, everything was good.

The location is excellent, close to city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Host had good communication and was a friendly guy. The property was nice and warm which was appreciated as it was very cold outside. Close to a lively local pub which served excellent meals.

Well situated for our purpose, value for money excellent, and Kev the owner was excellent, anything you needed help with, he's on it.

Trivial items, batteries missing in remote for tv, and the password for the WiFi was written by his 2yr old granddaughter lol 😆 but that was all.

"Great place in Sunderland"

Kevin met us and informed us of good locations. Recommended a great traditional pub called Chaplins. The accommodation was immaculate,the bed was so comfortable and a great shower aswell . As for location you couldn't get any better for a great price and with parking.We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and also recommend to anybody.
