"Whilst owner was friendly and honest the standard of the property was very poor for the price. Pay the extra £10 to stay"

Location, owner was friendly, honest and helpful good communication. Property was warm

It was very tired. Poor quality. Fridge didn’t work and shower hose damaged which owner told us when we arrived. Tv wasn’t great. No handwash in bathroom or hand towel. Dirty dish cloth

very close to city centre and amenities very comfortable the host was an excellent respectable gentleman go see for your self.

nothing not to like very quiet area pub over the road local shop on corner city centre 5 mins walk.
