The house is okay, close to the center and other places. It was warm inside the house.

I arrived there at 11:30 PM, and they said it was not possible to get in the house and that it was my fault. Therefore, I had to stay in a hotel for that night. Also, the person in 'customer service' was very, very rude; I had never experienced something like this before. Many places use a key box for check-in. It doesn't make sense that you have to wait for someone to have the keys.

"Great apartment, poor management!"

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was located within easy walking distance of the centre.

BeeSprint management was, unfortunately, absent in the moment of need! The boiler stopped working on Saturday, meaning no heating and no hot water. The Bologna agent had her phone turned off all weekend, and the booking.com agent was based in Spain and was of no help!
