Big bathroom and the appartment close to the center.

Very noisy street in the night, cold rooms and you have to buy from sugar to oil, coffee (to know what kind of capsules the machine needs) or tea if you want to prepare something in the morning.

The location was very good

The air conditioning unit was very loud when it was on . Need to look at it to make it quieter

Bologna was the end of our family trip in Italy and this Guest house was lower from our expectations. Starting from the Check-In, someone would had meeting us in the appartment. Nevertheless we had a specific time appointment, because we traveled by train, we phone called twice when we arrived we had to wait almost 30min to do the check in. At the end we didn't received any sorry for the delay. Recall that we were traveling with a child. Regarding the plumbing we could not use the bidet because it was clogged. The same holds for the shower we had to use it very carefully since the water was not draining. That moment we realized that the bathroom was not cleaned since something simple like that would had been observed and reported. As a result we had to buy and use our own bleech. The air-condition unit which is attached in the wall, is a unit for the ground. It is not sufficient to cool the whole place or the bed room, but the worst is that it makes a terrible noise, like very nice crackers, that it was difficult to sleep. Overall our stay it was bad and I don't recommend this place to anyone. See photos for reference.

Ottima sistemazione, confortevole, centrale e accogliente

Excellent location, very clean and well furnished apartment 😊

The best part of this apartment is location. It is very close to the bars, nice restaurants and many attractions. This was my second time in the apartment. Last year there was a cleaning problem when we arrived the apartment. The apartment had not been cleaned. However, we did not encounter such a cleaning situation this time, the apartment was very clean.

There is a thermostate in the apartment and you cannot increase the heat. There is an airconditionar in the apartment, however it is not working since there is no remote.
