Struggled opening the front door but used the side door instead.. just worried we couldn’t lock the front door.

Friendly owner. This is not a hotel, instead you get an entire house at an excellent price. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Quite close to the airport or train station, 13 min by taxi. Don't try to walk! I found tea in the kitchen, a life saver. There are a couple of basic shops nearby but nothing fancy.

I found the name confusing. The NEC and resorts are at the airport, that is 13 min by car. Finding the place required some investigation and texting with the friendly owner. Best ask the owner what street and house number to go to. The postcode is not precise enough. There are several houses in a row on that street. The owner was fortunately present when I arrived. The rooms are quite barren and purely functional. The house works as an accomodation pretty well, even for large families or groups, but radiates little love. You can hear the planes from the airport if you are a light sleeper.

A spacious property with comfortable beds and a decent shower. Wifi signal was good and the kitchen had the essentials to cook for ourselves. Overall not a bad place to stay and would recommend.

Roughly around 15 minutes drive or bus to the airport, clean and comfortable with a helpful host

Great location near Birmingham international and the NEC. Very handy shops and takeaways nearby. Warm and clean.
