"A lovely, clean and comfy house"

The house was lovely and clean. The owner was amazing. He had to nip out a couple of times, but he was fantastic. He got us extra bedding at 9pm on a Saturday night and also came and fixed the hot water for us. WiFi was available. The shower was epic. Bedding and towels were clean and soft.

"Lovely & comfortable"

Such a lovely house, beds were really comfortable and the front room/dining room was displayed lovely, with small garden which was an added bonus! The best part was the communication from the owners were fantastic, really quick replies when I couldn’t find the house, and so accommodating when leaving one of our belongings being they communicated instantly- REALLY appreciated this! Would stay here again as a stop off on our travels up north!

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

The accommodation was perfect. Me and my friends were visiting Birmingham for the weekend and we really enjoyed out time in the house. Very spacious and all facilities were met. Very good host who replied to any queries and messages in good time. Decent price as well.

The place was a little bit far from the city centre.

Nothing avoid

Owner messaged me 1 hour 30mins before check in to say the apartment was unavailable due to a leak then refused to issue a refund as he said it wasn't his fault. Then owner had the cheek to ask if I wanted the apartment the next night instead. Avoid
