"Dirty place shame as it’s could be a lot better"

Location was ok with places to eat on your doorstep

The place was advertised with 3 beds in each bedroom. But only had 1 bed in a room and 2 in another, so two of lads had to sleep on sofa beds the place was dusty and needs a good clean wouldn’t stop here again.

Property is very clean and easily accessible upon checking in. The place has plenty of space and has all the necessities needed. Location is perfect and can easily access and travel nearby location around Birmingham. Good communication and quick to reply from the owner in times we needed to ask questions and queries.

The only thing that lacked was the information on booking.com in regard to how to check in and the number of the house. However, quick message and call from the owner sorted us straight away to how to get into the house.

"Great place to stay, local to the NEC for working"

Friendly host who showed us around when we arrived and was on hand to answer questions. No problems with the accommodation, everything was as it is in the pictures and we were happy with the stay.
