Hospitality of the owner, Abu Ali, is excellent. The room is spacious Abu ali will pick up his guests from the bus station and drive you back when you want to leave al ula Also He will be happy to drive you and show you around al ula. There also spacious room for gathering or just to watch tv. Also there is a big kitchen. It was Ramadhan when I stayed, he shows me the hospitality of this months.

Nothing, if you need something just ask Abu ali, he will be glad to help you.

Host of the propert was super. However his English is rather limited but he makes up for what he lacks with his helpfulnes I spent the whole day with him in his Mitsubishi. He showed me many attractions that are hard to get to and didn't charge a dime for it. Maybe the apartment itself cannot be rated the highest, but its owner can. And is actually above 10 on your scale

Excellent accommodation for the budget-conscious traveller in the modern part of Al-Ula south of the historic center. If you have a car available, that will work very well. I stayed for three days and the place met all my needs. The owner is a very friendly and approachable local, taking care that you have everything you need. He provided me with lots of information on what to do in Al-Ula and how to make sure I get the most out of my visit and not miss anything. Upon arrival, he took me a free tour through Al-Ula, showing me all the important places and helping to book tickets for the heritage sites. My room was spacious, super clean and equipped with everything I needed. WiFi worked well, parking in front of the house was available and free. Towels are provided. As usual in Saudi-Arabia, there is no breakfast provided, but there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets on the way to Al-Ula center. Happy to stay again, if I ever make it back to Al-Ula.

The owner was the sweetest man, we communicated via whatsapp. When I arrived he was waiting for me outside in his car, showed me the room. It is a basic accommodation, two beds, a little fridge and a few other amenities. Everything was clean. You have everything you need. Great for a short stay.

The owner!..he s the greatest and I m happy to call him my friend now...he made sure I didn t miss anything in AL ula..pick and drop off at busstation and every morning offering me coffee and delicious date cookies..the apartment is very clean and very comfortable. I loved my stay and can highly recommend it!
