Plas Coch, Snowdon Views with Large Garden

It was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Clean and tidy with plenty of room for the 3 of us. The decor is lovely, it does need a bit of a touch up (dining area ceiling, hallway walls etc) but it was well designed. Beds were comfy and the views from the double room were stunning, the location and quietness was amazing. We climbed snowdon so the hot tub was a lovely treat after (once we’d got over the ‘debris’ in it. Good amount of kitchen utensils etc. overall really happy with our stay.

The location was really hard to find, the sat nav only took us so far and the sign at the bottom of the drive was faded and covered with the hedge. The toilet seat was broken and came unattached. There was a hair band in the hot tub which showed very clearly it hadn’t been cleaned out between stays and 2 random men started mowing the lawn when we were about to go into the hot tub, we’d had no warning and it was quite a shock! If we’d been in the hot tub would they have carried on regardless? It’s a remote location so felt very intrusive. And the plug socket on the cladding in the twin room was an absolute hazard.

Luxury? Not sure Large stain kitchen ceiling maybe from a leak. Toilet seat broken No separate towels for hot tub Complementary shower /bath stuff ? Small welcome basket ? Maybe you think iam wrong but been to alot of places which had all these.

Property is lovely but downstairs walls were quite grubby with scuff marks as well as kitchen surfaces not appearing clean. Took away from the luxury feel Hot tub took a day to get up to temperature

Very cozy property and great views of mountains when clouds clear

Good size with a cozy feel, hot tub was a bonus, nice and clean with good kitchen and facilities. Excellent views.

The property and location were marvellous. The view from the bedroom window was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was used by everyone and was the main reason we booked the property. It was clean and hot and well used. The property is quiet and a perfect little get away but central enough to get to all local attractions.

I wouldn't say this was a dislike but the kitchen ceiling has obviously had a leak previously and could do with a lick of paint. It didn't affect our stay but it was noticeable.
