A woodland retreat - Apartment in converted mill

Lovely picturesque location, close to the local shops & amenities. Apartment was clean & tidy with plenty of household essentials provided.

Couldn't work the towel heater in the bathroom (probably just me though!).

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The owners were really flexible with our check in and check out times, which was very much appreciated. All communication was friendly and helpful.

The walls/floors are so thin that the noise from the neighbours just having a conversation can be quite loud. I could even hear someone in another unit snoring!

Nice spacious, clean and warm apartment. Beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. It’s close enough to Helston town centre that we could have walked in if we’d wanted. Hosts were very helpful and responded promptly when messaged.

Only negative was the noise of the plumbing in the upstairs apartment when the toilet was being flushed or water was running. This wasn’t a problem though as it didn’t happen too frequently.

Stunning location in beautiful setting. Apartment was very pleasant with good facilities. We were able to feel at home as a family there. The house was well supplied with basic essentials.

We felt the check in at 5 and departure at 10 felt a bit tighter than we would have liked for just a one night stay. It would have been OK for a multi day stay.

The apartment was spacious,and clean the kitchen was cla good size and equipped with all facilities . The bedrooms were all cosy , comfortable and lovely decor has a wonderful night's sleep here

Apartment was very difficult to locate even with provided instructions. The host was unreachable and we had to rely on local help . Parking was provided however it was a small area and on the edge of drop off, the ground was soft and not accessible for large vehicles which was not told to us. This should be a consideration if driving a larger car, van or campervan.

Comfortable, quiet, nice neighborhood, short interesting walk into town; could only stay one night. Would have been nice to stay longer and take advantage of the kitchen and living room areas.
