Thin walls and noise floor

The property was clean with good space for a family of five. It is located close to the town centre and good for travel around Cornwall. The communication with the host was very good.

Was not keen on the beds, I think a better mattress in the main double room would be great. The other thing was the soundproofing, particularly from above. We could literally hear their conversations and everything they were doing, each time they turned on a tap it made noise that stopped my daughter sleeping.

Very spacious. Great location in a quiet area just on the edge of Helston town. Everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great contact with Chris - the host.

Family staying in apartment above very noisy - woken at 6.30 am by adults talking very loudly and children running across the floors.

Location was great - very close to town center but in a leafy quiet area so it felt more countrified. And Helston is a good location to travel from to various points in Cornwall. No problems with appliances or the property. Plenty of towels, property was clean. WiFi was good (my sons didn’t complain at least)

These are minor things and didn’t affect the stay but mentioning for the hosts info! Some more kitchen items would be good like a cafetière or chopping boards. There was no freezer compartment in fridge (so couldn’t freeze my ice packs). Mattresses were soft and felt thin but we slept well so no problem. TV is an older one so no Netflix or apps to cast to - bring a Chromecast or Amazon Fire stick if you want to watch a movie or something of an evening.

The property was comfortable. We didn’t need to use the facilities at all apart from the beds and bathroom.

I think it needs a colour update overall. Not as modern looking as its sister apartment but still decent for purpose

Ample spaces to park overnight.. Close to grocery stores.

Nice, clean apartment with good facilities that we would love to stay in again. Lovely decor and the hosts gave clear, detailed information.

A big reason for booking the apartment was the off-road parking however we were unable to park in the designated space as other residents had taken up all of the spaces so we had to park on the road.
