Excellent taste and quality of food. We had both kids as well as elderly in our group. Excellent spread with Indian as well as western cuisine. Restaurant staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. I was totally surprised to see that they did not bill us for the milk provided to our kids, perhaps the first resort I have come across. It was a total value for money.

There is nothing that I can point out.

Staff was helpful and hospitable. They were able to provide quick service with a smile. The buffet was really nice with lots of options, the family loved it. Our family room was quite large.

Its a bit away from city so getting an Uber is a challenge. However, Hotel has got a cab that can drop you to the city at a fee. If you choose to avail this, you need to tell the reception 45 mins in advance.

Service was very poor, Average breakfast & food Amount which we have paid is not worth In that expenditure we can get more better options like Radission or other good property with good location. Booking.com has not provided me a booking voucher and at resort Staff has told me that your booking is for 7 rooms but for 07 persons only so you have to pay extra charges for other 07 persons and resort has charged for that also. Which was very disappointing 😔

Definitely service needs to improve Very pathetic service was there as in room service they have taken 40 minutes to provide 01 water bottle, for some snacks we have to wait for more than half an hour
