1.Check-in Experience - It all started with a check in. The usual check in time was 2 PM, we reached there by 4 PM and already informed them about the same still room were not ready by that time and we had to wait for almost an hour to get into our room that too one room was ready and we need to wait for the second room(we booked 2 rooms). So they failed in the first place. 2.Rooms- Rooms were big and cozy but it has only one big window from where you can just see rooms and open passage of the resort. Udaipur is known for their mountains and scenes from your room, which was missing from the rooms and they are calling such rooms as a premium rooms and we had paid almost 50K for 2 rooms for 2 nights. So it was just a waste of money and waste of our vacation. 3. Housekeeping - on a second day when we went out for sightseeing, we indicated to clean the room and guess what, the room was looking as it is even after almost 6 hrs of time we took for sightseeing. Both rooms were next to each other, though they cleaned one room and not the other one. When I asked housekeeping boy why second one was not cleaned, he told that his supervisor told him to keep that pending and move to another rooms as another guest were asking the same. What was logic in this? 4. Privacy- They assigned the card key of our room to another guest as well, so when they were checking in, they directly punch that card on our door and they entered in our room. That was embarassing for them as well. There are 2-3 more points which should be highlighted but these are the major hiccups in our stay at this resort. One line review- Never visit this resort.

The resort has a nice pool and the rooms are a decent size.

The resort is still under construction and the staff gave us rooms in the building which is not yet complete, the floor was broken and the toilet had poop on it. After talking to management for an hour was i able to make them change my room which killed the vibe for my vacation.

Pool area was nice

No alcohol served and the property is far from Udaipur city - like 30 mins so drivers don’t like to collect or drop off. Music blaring at all times in corridors but could hear from room

Food is worst and very stale. Specially evening dinner at ballroom

The place is spotlessly clean, with super friendly and polite staff who gave us a warm welcome and a smooth check-in process. Rooms are spacious and impeccably maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. I will definitely recommend this to everyone—book without hesitation!

No dislikes to report—everything was great! The only minor note is that the accommodation is a bit far from the city center, but the rest was perfect
