Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping services are awful. They never filled the shampoo, conditioner, hand wash or body lotion, I have had to call the manager too to show their poor service. They gave use 'used' small bottle of body wash in a room of 4 instead of filling the empty bottle. They left water in the hand wash instead of actual hand wash solution. If you think you can get any public transport or tuk tuk or uber from this location, you are dreaming, the location is poor and Uber drivers ask for three times the actual cost to take you to the city. you are looking for 30-40 min drive to the city centre about 10-12 kilometres, its not 7 km as described on booking.com. They did not give 20% off on the food even though it was included in my deal and most important they spoiled my plan as early checkin was not given. I sent them a message well in advance , few weeks ago that we will have early flight and will be needing early checkin but when we reached, they said they dont have the room ready and we ended up waiting for long. what they mention in the deal is not TRUE.

Spacious and excellent room service. Kitchen staff is amazing and supportive to our special dietary needs.

Have to repeat some requests regarding room amenities.

The food was very good. Was attended very well by Mr Sonu and Mr Nihal at dinner. Mr Sonu was specially helpful.

The bathroom door should be sliding, as while exiting the bathroom you almost collide with toilet seat. The children play area was not kept properly, the kits were all broken.

Food quality and variety was good. Overall ambience was good.

Some rooms are not maintained properly and regularly. Room condition, hygiene, and maintenance were te main issues.

The check-in process took almost 40 to 45 minutes which was bit annoying.

rooms with bad smell, staff friendly and helpful but the quality of the beds and rooms were not good.

Delayed check-in, no proper welcome, empty fridge in room, slippers and bathrobe not available in room, very limited outside seating, no bar, limited food menu, inside can be made a more beautiful lot of empty space with only brick and stone.
