Harry Potter 2-Bed House | Cinema Room

My children, who both have autism and sensory issues absolutely loved the cinema room downstairs and they felt very comfortable snuggling on the sofa with ‘Appolo the Astronaut’ providing stars and a swirling galaxy on the ceiling, the changeable colour moonlights were amazing. I was so impressed with the property as a whole and the location. The property was clean and the facilities were great. The Harry Potter props around the property really added to our wizarding experience and really got us all in the mood to visit the WB studio’s. The owners of the property are very communicative and wanted to ensure our stay was magical. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting WB studios, actually I would recommend this property to anyone that needs to stay in Watford.

Easy to find. Comfy beds. And kids loved the cinema room.

Kitchen wasn’t well equipped with cookware.

The property was clean, and in a quiet area considering how central it is for trains and Watford High Street. The owners were brilliant at keeping in touch to let us know how to get into the property, and checking everything was ok. We stayed here as we were going to legoland and Harry Potter Studios, it was so easy to get to where we wanted to go, and brilliant to be able to just nip up the high street, for shops food and entertainment. The neighbours were lovely. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The house is in great location, close to train station, high street (places to eat, supermarket). Booked this property mainly due to trip to Harry Potter studio (near Watford Junction for shuttle bus). Kids liked the theme decorations in the house. Great communication with host Jody. House is comfortamble for short stay and would booked again.

we stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect. The property is right around the corner from watford high street station which is 20mins into central London. We walked 15 minutes to Watford junction station where we picked up the Harry Potter free shuttle bus. A short walk from the property are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and also the shopping centre where there's a cinema and climbing centre. The property was quiet and the kids loved the park across the road and the cinema room. They're all asking to go back again. Loved it.

Loved the theme and location! Lots of places to eat, transport, supermarkets in walking distance and play area just over road for the kids. Good value for money

It was a tight squeeze for 6 adults and 2 kids with one bathroom we had to queue! We only really slept there so it was doable! And being able to open the back door and use the outdoor space would have been nice as it was 30•.
