It’s a lovely little apartment, perfect location close to bars and restaurants.

I was surprised that I had to pay a further £200 security deposit after I’d already paid to book the apartment. This wasn’t made clear before booking. I’ve stayed in much nicer apartments in Worcester that do not require a deposit. This place needs some love and attention I think, the shelf next to the bed was hanging off the wall, the kettle doesn’t work unless you stand there pressing it onto the base, the hot tap barely even trickles when on full and you can’t shower for more than 3 minutes without the fear of the bathroom flooding as the water doesn’t drain properly. I also kept finding long, curly black hair everywhere and I’m blonde, so definitely wasn’t mine. The room is quite cold and I had to have both heaters on most of the time I was there as there is a draft from the windows. It’s a shame because if these things were fixed it would be a really nice place to stay

Was clean tidy everything provided for aswell as kitchen cleaning items, although didn't use as ate out.

Could do with a xtra heater in the room with the time of year, had the one set to 30'c and dint really warm apartment enough , just the time of year. The shower was either red hot or cold no real in-between.and some fuller pillows would of been good.

We booked our stay on the mobile app, and from the images posted, we were led to believe we would be staying in a spacious apartment with nice furnishings and enough space for two. We have realised since checking in that there is only 1 image showing the “apartment” that we were allocated out of approximately 40 images on booking.com, and it is very obvious why. The apartment has barely any space with the bed crammed into the tiny kitchen area There is a window into the communal stairwell with no curtains so privacy is non-existent and the room is lit by the lights from the hallway, so it would be very hard to sleep there There were only two small windows, one a skylight with blinds, the other a window in the kitchen area with no curtains or blinds so light was again an issue We were dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of the “apartment”, including the fact that there was a small faecal stain in the toilet, presumably from the previous occupant, and that the walls had lots of smudge marks on them Additionally, the toilet rolls supplied had been started by a previous guest (it seems very simple to supply new ones) The roof was incredibly low which meant that it was difficult for my partner to use the toilet while standing, and the bed being pressed so close against the slanted roof meant it would have been impossible for us to use the bed There was no wardrobe, chest of drawers or bedside cabinet to store clothes or charge electrical devices As other reviewers on booking.com have expressed, there is no emergency fire exit from the room, or even the building other than the main entrance Additionally, where its located requires you to travel through a narrow alleyway which felt very unnerving in the dark.

Apartment nice and close to all the shops. Had all the usual facilities, although the remote for the tv was missing. They delivered a new one, but we couldn't set it up.

Entrance is set back from the road with parked cars which was a bit unnerving when returning at night.

I didn’t like the property

The space of this is absurd. The roof is low and the window is covered in Green mould slime. There nothing to store clothes at all so I Had to leave them on the floor or in suit case, because both storage drawers was covered in fresh linen and towels. Don’t go with the pic they show you won’t get that room. I complaint and I was ignored I had to leave 1 night earlier as I couldn’t stay on that box. The microwave touches your bed. The bedding was not very clean lucky the 2 drawers under the bed for storage for the guest was full of fresh linen so I had to made the bed fresh myself. Bathroom there’s small shower and no water pressure, the shower is electric or the water goes extremely hot or very cold. Very tiny mirror that I couldn’t use because the ceiling again is Lower so I had to look and bend bit sideways. Requested refund and I got only messages saying sorry nothing else. The noise of other guest going in and out is so loud and the polish cleaners in the morning don’t make you welcome at all because they are shouting and making noise. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

It was clean. Modern kitchen equipment. Shower room.

Glass panel to stairs so security sensor light distracting for sleep. No formation how to use heater. Local taxi difficult finding place. Attic room no escape window if fire. No hooks or clothes hanger. A small velux window not a proper fire window for attic.
