Helpful manner and location

Very good location. Couldn't hear traffic. Stocked with essential (cutlery, salt, tea, towels, etc). Very comfy bed. Good layout and a good bit of space

Very squeaky floorboards. You could hear when people entered/exited the building. The TV remote did not work (the TV had no buttons on), and after 4+ hours of contacting the hosts (including them asking us, if we were aiming the remote at the TV, which is a bit of a stupid question), we were eventually given the opportunity to try a remote control from a different room (which worked straight away). They originally wanted us to go and find a remote controller from a shop (this was 8pm at night), a lot of hassle caused which was an easy fix. Some parts of the room were very dirty, like the radiator, bathroom window sill (others were good). Stairs to room were pretty steep (although this wasn't a problem for us)

Kitchen area Bed was comfortable Very clean

It would have been nice to know the apartment was 3 floors up, with no lift— was unexpected. Blinds were not effective.

Up lots of stairs with an heavy suitcase isn’t fun

Our team member stayed in this accommodation whilst attending a training event through business. It was his first night at the property and he was greeted with slugs in the bed and stains over the bed sheets. There was also marks and stains on the walls and we have had to take him from this and book into an alternative accommodation. I will be in touch with booking.com in writing to agree a refund for this stay.

No 5 isn't convenient for tall people I hit my head about 10 tims

Close to centre

Extremely small, cushions had disgusting what seemed to look like bodily fluids. So many stairs given my mother has a bad back and knee she struggled with all the stairs while we wasn’t expecting as many stairs there was no mention about this, we was given the top floor room aswell. Windows don’t have any curtains or blinds so no privacy, couldn’t even open a window. Bathroom was so small and the ceiling was low we even had trouble standing by the toilet and sink without hitting our heads. Photos are very misleading there were also hairs in the bedding so I’m guessing they weren’t fresh. Walking up to the building itself was unnerving due to groups of youths hanging around out the front of it and all in all just seemed very uncomfortable. Would not recommend!
