"Exceptional"

Good location, everything within walking distance. Very spacious and clean, comfortable bed. All we need for a couple of nights stay.

"So bad I didn’t stay there."

Nothing. I had to book another hotel it was that bad. The person I spoke to about it was as helpful as they could be is the only positive thing I can mention. I have requested a refund and the difference I had to pay for the hotel I ended up booking.

This is in relation to Flat 5. A window was smashed, the heater was broken and the walls and windowsill were heavily stained. And it is really badly signposted. You had to walk across a very dark courtyard to find the street number.

"We did not stay there as it was uninhabitable. Flat 6."

The property was nothing like the photos, we could not stay there due to the high level of damp and no curtain or blind on the hallway glass window so everyone could see inside our room.

The whole building was dripping in old damp marks and was cold.

"Dirty, unhygienic, disgusting."

The flat had not been cleaned and therefore we found pubic hairs on bed sheets and towels, nails on the carpet, poo stains in the toilet and wrappers on the windowsill. We left the room immediately and checked in in a different hotel. It was a horrible experience and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL from both Booking.com and Guest Homes to not provide a refund. I am frankly disheartened.

"A massive disappointment, love Worcester and the surrounding area. Sad that this was the result."

I complained about my visit to the management company and felt that the staff were polite and professional even if we couldn't reach a resolution.

I left after one night after booking for seven. Felt that the accommodation was nothing like as portrayed on Booking.com. Found that had booked a tiny attic, no chairs, table, cupboard space, wardrobe, or even somewhere to hang up my jacket. Soon after that I got there got a phone call wanting me to be absent from the property next day at 8 am ( on a Saturday) as the maintenance man needed to visit ! Not to worry, I had already gone by then. All I can advise is that if anyone wants to stay there make sure that they are 100% sure what they are booking even if asking extremely basic questions such as is there a table, chair, cupboard, chest of draws, etc in the specific flat concerned.
