Tv didn’t work. Cutlery was broken and old. Quite cramped and not suitable if tall. Building in poor repair .lots of steps which were quite steep. the shore surround was off its runners Difficult to find and unappealing from outside

Not a thing when making initial accommodation request i asked if they could make sure the room was as close to ground floor as possible due to my wife's mobile disabilities I gave them ample notice regarding this received no feedback from them numerous phone calls didn't render any positive news had to wait until the very last moment to gleen all relevant information about room plus entry access only to be told room was on third floor no lift we reluctantly took this accommodation when we arrived the climb up those stairs was a nightmare inadequate bannerstairs definate health and safety hazard when we eventually got to room all amenities crammed into small space room was like a sauna with only the skylight available couldn't really open because of seagulls my point hear is that we weren't given opportunity to abort this accommodation by yourselves ie telling us we're not able to grant your request of having your room close to ground floor giving the reasons I highlighted so in that sense you excepted our booking under false pretence we could only stay the one night because of the problems we encountered we had booked for four nights so we had to make alternative arrangements extremely bad communication and without doubt the worse experience we've ever encountered.

Sneaky extra £25 deposit required after booking, non refundable and paid via a 3rd party site. No curtains, therefore no privacy, and excessive light in the room making sleep near impossible. The room is excruciatingly stuffy as only one small window opens. After i did finally get to sleep around 1.30am, I was woken up at 4am by a nest of seagulls squawking loudly and incessantly, which persisted until after I had to leave for work in the morning— having not slept nearly all night. This room would have been far more comfortable had a fan and blinds been provided. Am currently in the process of chasing a refund, but the property are avoiding calls by me, and by bookings.com on my behalf. AVOID!

Not an apartment more a bedsit for flat 6 but got charged same rate for the flat 1 which was twice the size Up in the eves with no ventilation and a communal light on and off all. Night blaring in the the room No where to hang clothes or sit down

Very friendly staff when on the phone, short distance from city centre easy to find very close to train station and local food shops

Wet carpet, poor internet. Expensive for what it is.

Self catering apartment - not applicable. There were some cutlery dishes plates etc and kitchen equipment. It was very clean inside - the cleaners had done a good job.

Room was barely large enough for one person - too small for two people - little storage space. The ventilation was minimal - why no opening window? Useless if you were using the cooker ( which I didn’t dare to) and probably dangerous - could easily set smoke alarm off. Never used the TV - it was an Altimo - never heard of it, and as far as I could see neither had the authors of the manual.

I have issues every time I have stopped with Guest homes . I request compensation for what I have to deal with on every stay !!!!
