Location was good about a 15 minute to the Utilita Arena where we were attending a concert! Property was clean and well equipped in a secure private area with car parking.

The property could do with updating lots of wear and tear. We were barely in the property so was fine for us for a one night stay !

Good location. Detailed information shared by host so we could find it - it was tricky, so the photos helped 😊 Host did try to respond to queries in a timely manner. Parking provided, which was ideal. 2 bathrooms - handy for 4 adults. Property was clean.

Not enough crockery for 4 people. This should have been checked. No hairdryer, even though one is advertised. TV did not work for longer than 10mins. Sofas are badly in need of replacement. Very damaged/old. Duvets were paper thin so it was cold. We did use the blankets provided. We also had to buy our own loo roll as there was not enough to last one evening. It took a week to have the deposit refunded even though I was told 48hours.

Entrance to property was in a building site, we had to walk over sand and rubble to get to the door. Nice apartment but very cold, took a long time to warm up. The thinnest duvets I’ve ever seen, just like a sheet. Short of crockery, glasses and cutlery, only 3 glasses in total, 1 fork and 2 knives. Property manager did get items delivered but not until second day in the afternoon. Shower in en-suite flooded bathroom floor. Damp smell throughout apartment.
