Swanky 2 BDR Apt/Jewellery Quarters/Free Parking

The location was great, easy access to collect keys, secured and serene environment, the staff that talked to us was patient with us and he was very friendly, it made everything easy for us. We enjoyed our stay. I would 100% recommend it for anyone.

Great location, staff always on hand and helpful. Large bedrooms and living area, cooking cooking area and bathrooms. Would've scored higher but the cleaning was terrible

Apartment wasn't clean, beds not made, sheets not clean and shoved in bag. Bed was not comfortable in room with en suite. Bins not emptied ,fridge and cupboards not cleaned out, sofa seats torn up covered up by pillows. We had an incident where the cleaner put dirty sheets in my friends bag, we complained as not happy he went through our bags when we weren't there .also a contact lens was left on the side table (gross)

The apartment is spacious and in a great location. Great having secure parking. We would have given the appointment 10 out 10, unfortunately there was some cleaning issues.

We were disappointed to find a used, dirty frying pan and baking tray full of fat in the oven. Luckily we checked the oven first before turning it on.

The apartment was in a good location. A few nice bars and restaurants locally (5-10 mins walk) and only 25-30 minutes walk from centre/canal areas. The apartment was spacious enough, modern. Comfy beds. Liked that there was coffee and tea and various bits of in date condiments in the cupboards and toiletries in bathroom (some places discard all items left by occupants but like the way they do this here from a sustainability/hospitality point of view)

Unfortunately there was some maintenance and cleaning issues with the apartment. Large puddle of water on floor in living room on arrival (initially thought it was a leak - it wasn't- but what?). Faux leather sofa was badly scuffed and marked. Only 1 bed made up on arrival out of the 2. Shower in en-suite overflowed on to floor and seeped into bedroom as waste was blocked and also black mould on shower hose loop and in corners of shower tray. Maintenance did arrive after we reported this but only after a few hours and anyway didn't expect this poor standard. We did stay on a particularly cold night, but the electric wall heaters are not adequate (might be ok if you stay in the warmer months?). I'm not in the habit of writing negatives but it was disappointing- and such a shame as it could be a fantastic apartment.

Clean, Comfortable and Concise... Whilst been Salubrious, Sassy and Smart!!! Very aesthetically pleasing property! Warm and Wealthy!!!

The Key 🗝️ Fob 🏷️ never got put back in the key safe from the previous guest(s), which meant that we had to laboriously wait outside for sometime when the Concierge / Security guard wasn't on the gate! I would have preferred to have been given an access code to gain entry ⛔, as opposed to having to call a number that precariously picked up during our of hours, became extremely arduous when leaving and returning.

Really shocked at how dirty the apartment was . En-suite shower was filthy and drain blocked so was unable to use . Toilet seat not fitted properly ( or the right size ! ) and toilet obviously hadn’t been cleaned .All the blinds broken and dirty, all surfaces needed cleaning All floors were dirty and rubbish behind the bed

I absolutely loved my stay at the Swanky 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean, cosy and spacious. The only downfall was the shower in one of the bedrooms as the water was not draining properly. I would definitely be back again and highly recommend these apartments!
