Nice and spacious apartment, good location, secure parking, host was very accommodating and helpful with anything that we requested.

Spacious apartment, with all the comforts

Not clean enough. We complained for a dirty, wet bath mat found in one bathroom. We were told that housekeeping would have got in touch, but it never happened. The shower drain blocked, the water didn't flow. Cups and plates stored away in the cupboards not clean enough. Open packets of food left in the fridge and in the cupboards. They did not refund our deposit upon checkout, we had to chase them for 2 days.

Clean tidy, very spacious property, great location

Property was spacious and good quality overall. Lots of small things to make it feel homely such as games, blanket, tea coffee facilities, toiletries. Apartment decor was lovely and cosy

Had issues with the hot water, ended up with cold showers on the first day. There was previous lodgers old food in the fridge and cupboards. When I opened the microwave it had old smelly noodles in a plastic tub. It was very nosey above up. You can hear people next door and lots of stomping and running from above. Lots of loud music around midnight onwards. It was hot and hoping fan would cool us, the fan wasn't working properly either. Quite a few teathing problems but overall not a bad apartment.

2 good sized double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Clean. Great parking. Excellent instructions on how to find the property.

The messages about the owners knowing who was in the the property and having heat sensors was disconcerting for us- we are Mum Dad and daughter staying for her graduation. It felt a bit “Big Brother “ and not welcoming. I understand that the owner wants to deter parties but it felt over the top to this family. Didn’t like finding food in the freezer ( unwrapped sausages). Freezer could do with defrosting. Tea towels would be helpful. Inventory about whether towels were included was confusing so we took our own. Cold at night- thicker duvet/ additional blankets would be helpful.
