"A delightful old cottage, recently refurbished, in a lovely friendly village."

This is a delightful, well-appointed cottage in a lovely, friendly village, with helpful village shop and splendid pub nearby. The garden is lovely and well contained (helpful for our dogs).

The original booking went to a different managing company, who sought unnecessary additional details, supposedly for security, and then went quiet. This caused some worries about whether they were legitimate or not. When the main local agent took back control, it was all smooth and they were extremely helpful.

"Should be better"

The House is always lovely. Great to have the option of a washing machine also.

Someone else’s dog poo in the garden which I had to clean up. Took my £100 deposit twice and then took days to give me it back which left me short of money. It’s been 9 days since I left and I still don’t have the damage deposit back so will have to ring them AGAIN. Despite it being a local number it’s for a call centre in the Philippines so it’s like pulling teeth trying to get anywhere.
