Garden Flat, Walnut Tree House

The location was very convenient for what I needed and the bus stop was virtually on the door. The local shops are great and very close by. It was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was small yet tastefully decorated and furnished, and had pretty much everything I needed for my stay.

Garden not shut in so couldn’t let the dog roam about and the small parking space was a problem with our car

The location for us was perfect as we were visiting family who live nearby. The Thai lady who was in charge was very pleasant.

Overall we felt that the property(flat) looked tired both inside and outside.

It was just too small for us and our dog to stay in for a week. Property itself was fine but we now realise we need a larger place for a week’s stay .

The location was good near the local shops & was close to a lovely beach walk. The walnut garden was secluded, perfect for our small dog to play, sniff around. Clean space, with a comfy bed.

Things that were a little disappointing were the sofa, hard and uncomfortable, not ideal to sit and relax later in the evening. The kitchen area was too small to cook a meal, and there were issues with the bathroom light's turning off.

Location and facilities, for this trip just what we needed.

Had to ask the neighbour for code as this wasn't sent through. Parking was tight, had to turn around and space was limited.

Good location

Clean, well equipped, everything worked well, quiet, comfy bed, good location, good communication with the owner.

Knives were quite blunt, would be great to have a small wardrobe instead of the chest of drawers, parking space very awkward, as neighbours have 2 cars, so you have to go all the way back into the street to turn around , so we ended up parking in the nearby street.

Lovely little property in a perfect location! Good value for money for a very clean and properly furnished small flat. The location is amazing, walking distance to the centre of town and the sea.

Kitchen cutlery and cooking appliances could have a bit cleaner and varied - but small fry for the overall quality of the flat
