Garden Flat, Walnut Tree House

Great communication regarding location. keys etc. Ample off street secure parking, Great location for Rustington and surrounding areas, recommend the Quill Bar, very friendly and welcoming.

Toilet could do with being fixed to the floor, apart from that excellent accommodation.

A great little flat, had everything you needed and everything close by within walking distance and free parking.

The place was well equipped modern and clean and now has parking. The bed is comfortable. And Lovely clean towels . Near to the town.

We didn't realise we were on the end of another plot with a shared drive and a housekeeper in between the 2, keeping an eye on things . The new car park requires some light as the floor is uneven in parts . The toilet is not screwed to the floor so you have to be careful not to move it.

Spotlessly clean.

Clean and cozy

Very quite, lovely and clean. Perfect location for buses, shops, walks to the beach.

Nothing we didn’t like but an improvement would have been to fix a gate to the flat and garden so it was secure, stopping the dogs wondering off.

It was quiet and there was parking. Kitchen equipment was great. Tv good.

Sadly, a bed slat fell out twice making it uncomfortable. There were not enough working plug sockets. Open wiring above bathroom mirror was alarming. Couldn’t open windows. Outside space was ok apart from the furniture, which was tired, broken, dirty and in need of replacement. Sorry, I try always to look past little issues, but this flat needs an overhaul.
