The cleanliness The accessibility of the host who supported me with WiFi issues that was resolved 😊 The folder that provided details of the property and local activities which was very helpful and professional. How accessible the property is to the beach, shops etc. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would CE back again and recommend to others.

I really enjoyed our stay. It was small but a very cosy place. The flat was very well equipped with everything you needed. I liked where it was situated in Rustington, close to all amenities. There was plenty of parking and it had a garden for the dog.

I felt when you came out of the apartment at night. We needed some lighting as it was very difficult to see. I was worried about falling after recently having a hip replacement.

The property was clean and very pleasant

The noise from builders each morning and throughout the day, was annoying and very loud, with drilling, hammering and loud music playing- I would not have booked had I have known it was adjoining a building site - as was hoping for a peaceful time away, instead I was woken early each day and despite my best efforts due to the constant noise I was unable to have an afternoon nap. If I had been notified prior that would have informed my booking decision. The apartment is lovely and apart from the noise I have no complaints

Flat situated in a quiet location tucked away behind the main house. Shops and eating establishments were very convenient. Seaside a good 10 minutes walk.

Phone number on the booking.com site is for an owner of 3 years ago. When we rang this number the previous owner was very helpful. However, he did say he was regularly contacted by guests at the flat but no longer owned the flat! The phone number needs to be updated.

Accepted pets. Small and compact, perfect for me and my dog.

No pets on the furniture. Would be great to have throws provided to protect the sofa as my girl didn’t understand not being allowed.

The location was great, within walking distance of Rustington centre. The bed was really comfortable. It was also great that the property is dog friendly.

The property was very small - the photos make it look bigger than it is. It would be great for a weekend but a week with two adults and a Labrador was overly cosy! The property has a shared garden but as you are asked not to shut the gate on to the road it does mean that it isn’t dog secure.

Location, dog friendly, access to garden, efficient heating and shower, decent towels.

Mattress, ( memory mattress with memory of a very large person imprinted in it). Bed linen , very basic.
