A delightful little retreat. We loved everything. It’s small but very clean and comfy, and has all the utensils/kitchen stuff you need. Plenty of parking space too. Loved the large quality towels and the fab tv with Sky! We spent mornings on the beach and afternoons in the sunny, private, quiet garden relaxing.

It was a lovely little flat with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Close to the town and beach. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, couldn't fault it at all.

With it being a dog friendly flat it would have been better if the garden behind it had been fenced off to make it safer for my dog.

Its a warm comfortable well appointed flat. Quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from Rustington shopping centre and Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely garden view peaceful retreat, pleasant decor inside. Cooker dirty and greasy , some cutlery and pans in drawer not clean. Shower needs a shelf for toiletries. Front doorstep I found a bit tricky but then I walk with a stick , it’s ok for the normal mobile person. On the whole the place has absolutely everything you need . The pretty village is very nearby, lots of places to eat , plenty of charity shops , very nearby to seafront . Bus stop right outside . Lots of interesting places to visit . A big thumbs up from me 👍👍

The location was just what we wanted. It was cosy and the heating meant the property was nice and warm. The kitchenette was well equipped.

The parking was different. There were no clear instructions as to where to park. When established with the neighbour it was difficult to achieve due to lack of turning space. It was also difficult to park in the dark, which meant that we left our car elsewhere for 2 nights.

The location was fine.

The location was fine, but parking was a problem and the kitchen was inadequately equipped. There was no correct evacuation of steam/vapour from either the bathroom or from the extractor fan in the kitchen! There wasn't a broom to sweep the floor or a vacuum hoover. The freezer compartment was almost completely clogged up with frosted ice due to not being defrosted for what appeared to be YEARS!! The bathroom light didn't work properly. When we first arrived, after a 9 hour journey, we opened the door to a dirty flat, with unchanged bed linen and towels! Fortunately there was another room available in the adjoining building, however, I am not sure what would have happened if it was unavailable! We had to change our plans for the following day due to all the problems with this accommodation. And for the final straw...our vehicle was broken into on our last night's stay! I had specifically chosen this property for the 'private' parking, however it was rather complicated due to the accessibility of our allocated parking spot. I asked the cleaner, who lives next to the flat, if we could park in a different spot where there was plenty of space, but she refused saying we would have to park outside the property on the street. I would NOT recommend this holiday rental.
