APPLECROFT - Escape to the Peak District National Park

It was good to have 2 bathrooms as I was with my mom and dad. Clean and tidy. Good location

Parking was an issue due to a car parked outside the property all weekend make it tricky getting on the drive. A mirror in the second bedroom would be very useful.

The house clean and had everything we needed. Situated with a great walks from the door step - we did a a great 10 miles on one day and then the other we explored close to the house. The Monsal trail isn’t far in Wye Dale - park your car and explore! The stepping stones - the 6 tunnels - cotton mill - there’s so much! Winnats Pass is close leading to Castleton! This house was the perfect base for my family - children 8,12 and 14.

House is clean and well prepared. Instructions are clear. Kitchen and bathroom are well equiped and well thought. Parking is safe abd easy even for three cars.

The lawn could be better. And wish there could be flexibility to accomodate one more member. TV system including sound bar might be a bit difficult to handle (with three remotes) without a lengthy learning.

Genuinely the most amazing stay. Can’t rate this place high enough!!
