Lovely kitchen facilities. Comfy lounge area. Bed linen & towels excellent quality and very clean. Bed very comfy too. Loved the biscuits and welcome box.

Nowhere to hang any clothes, could do with small wardrobe or hanging rail. Noise from above residents stamping about late evening. Kerb appeal and balcony might look better with a few plants. Definitely no river view which was stated in advert

Location was good - usual Dartmouth hill and parking a bit of a trek for my husband with less mobility

Very minor detail - no freezer compartment in the top of the fridge. Only to freeze my blocks for the picnic bag - nothing major! Unless you had bought ice cream of course, which we hadn't.

Great location and access to parking was a definite bonus though bear in mind it's a little walk if you've got lots to carry. Bed was exceptionally comfy.

Location was ideal as not too far to the main area of Dartmouth. The car park was a walk away from the property though.

There was an unusual smell in the kitchen/living room. The electronic blinds in the bedroom had no charge so couldn’t close the middle one. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom. There was some tea bags, sugar but no coffee.

There was no WI-FI therefore no TV, hand soap was broken, kitchen Tap very wobbly

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding supplied was very cosy. We all slept very well. The location is excellent. It was a few minutes walk into the town.

We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi or the TV to work reading through the previous reviews other guests had the similar problem

Centrally located. Nice living room. 24h cancellation policy.

The Wifi is not working at all. The second bedroom is very cold as there is no heating.
