"Wonderful"

Perfect location and beautiful setting. Rooms were clean and adequate. Food was good. Restaurant in evening superb.

Wish we had known more about the set up would rather have stayed in the lodge part.

The overall condition of the hotel is exceptional. Beautiful place in a beautiful location with amazing scenery. The spa is amazing and the food, would defineltly recommend.

"Not good value for the money we spemt"

Some of the staff were good. Especially who were in the desk for spa.

İtems were missing in the room for example slipper or towels. I was expecting more as it is too expensive. During breakfast we waited half hour for a tea !!!!!

Excellent location, and hotel was generally a great setting to stay.

Unfortunately the spa facilitates were not open for the duration of our visit due to issues with the boiler

Locations, friendliness of staff. Super comfy beds. Adrian in the W restaurant deserves a raise as he is an absolute legend. Thank you Adrian and hope you get that NHS appointment soon.

Bathroom had hairs all over the shower upon arrival. Cleanliness could have been better
