Fantastic facilities, clean, stunning views and modern

The room was supossed to have robes included but there was none and the matress and pillows were not the comfiest.

"Incredible! The most amazing staff and facilities!"

We had a mixup with the booking which was not the spas fault. The staff all treat us with respect and care. They helped ensure we could still have a perfect day. Every detail is considered and the whole experience is so fantastic. So relaxing and the staff cannot do enough for you. The food, drinks and facilities on offer are exquisite. From management to bar staff, everyone has a smile and cares about the guests having the best time. Highly recommend!

"Amazing weekend at Lowood Bay Resort & Spa"

Having been before, it more than lived up to our expectations. Our room in the Winander was excellent and the service and facilities available were the best we've experienced.

"Respite and reset in the lakes."

Solo trip in the lakes to relax and reset. Service was fantastic in all areas and would definitely visit again. Spa: Would 100% recommend to book well in advance as both treatments and thermal facilities become sold out, I got lucky due to being solo. The morning session was quiet and peaceful, though became quite busy around 10:30am. Addition of face masks in the relaxation lounge was a nice touch. Gym facilities were good, main pool was quite cold and seems a little odd there are restricted hours for hotel guests. Restaurant: Breakfast in the W was good, both continental and cooked breakfast. Room service menu was quite broad and service fast. Dinner in the Blue Smoke had a good menu, though would have liked some healthier choice options. Coffee and pastries at Norman’s became a daily afternoon treat. Room: Good size, bathroom ESPA products were lovely, but walls were very thin and next door were not the quietest guests. Bed was comfortable and had a great sleep.

"Lovely Getaway"

Hotel is in a lovely setting. Beautiful scenery. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice. Two restaurants which we eat in very good. Treated ourselves to a spa day, glad we did. Look forward to coming back.
