Lovely little apartment, very well designed and comfortable. It was welcoming, very clean and a pleasure to spend our weekend there. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment well equipped. Clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely en-suite and kitchen facilities. TV s easy to operate. Good temperature control.

Parking ideally situated outside front door, but a little perilous to reverse out of because it is on the corner of a double mini roundabout and traffic tends to speed round the corner. When I stayed it was remembrance Sunday and overnight there was street cleaning activity and setting up roadblock preparations during early hours of morning so was noisy and disturbed sleep but the night before was very quiet and I had slept well.

The property was modern, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

It was beautiful inside, with everything we needed and ideal for the town centre.

The parking was a little bit awkward, being right on a roundabout.

The entire apartment was perfectly located, excellently appointed, and exceptionally clean. The check in and check out process was simple and straightforward and there were numerous little touches, such as candies, croissants, milk, coffee/tea, wine, and so forth, that made my stay simply amazing.

I have no dislikes whatsoever regarding my stay or the location.

The former New Inn is cosy, extremely comfortable, beautifully equipped and impeccably clean and tidy. And so much better than a hotel room where you have to park miles away - here you park outside the front door!

Ashby is dynamic and bustling place with lots of great pubs and places to eat. This apartment is in walking distance of most of them. With a car you would have access to the beautiful surrounding area but I did ok with just pubic transport and Ubers, although I must say that the reliability of the bus service leaves a lot to be desired. The apartment provides everything it offers in the description. It is scrupulously clean, very private, and surprisingly quiet given its location close to busy roads. As it turned out I didn't need the air conditioning but it would have been great to have during the earlier heat wave. Communication was great and entry was easy. If you plan on visiting Ashby as a single or couple, this is the place to stay. I have rarely found an apartment so homely or well equipped.

It is very difficult, petty even, to find something to write here. There was only one thing missing in this wonderfully equipped apartment - a box of tissues. There, I told you it was petty :).
