Fantastic cosy little place, self contained, great WiFi and bathroom. Super clean, comfortable and location can't get any better than in town. Will stay again! I am a repeat customer. Host was great and accommodating.

I had such a nice a nice stay, it’s super clear, the decor is extremely cosy and snug! Highly recommend

A very clever use of space and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was great, although we went out to eat on the one night we were there so didn't actually cook. Liked that some of the basic info was in a photo frame so easily available but looked like part of the decor. Always appreciate it when shower gel is provided - thank you! Easy walk to the main street, shops, pubs and restaurants

A lamp in the sitting room area would be helpful if one person wants to stay up while another goes to bed. At the moment all lighting options end up quite bright in the bedroom area.

Modern homely feel, perfect for 1-2 nights away, everything we needed was there, great communication with the host, was nice and quiet inside considering the high traffic outside

The only things we noticed was that the place was quite dusty, and high cob webs, and also the towels smelt damp/musty, but all an easy fix, we would definitely stay again when in the area

Brilliant location near Ashby centre. Great to have a parking space right outside. Lovely little property and the coffee maker was a bonus.
