I have stayed here before and luckily it was available for my recent visit. I love this property. They have thought of absolutely everything. It is clean, cosy, homely, and just perfect. I visit the area regularly and will always check to see if the Former New inn is available. Highly highly recommend

"Delightful stay"

Lovely and clean and comfortable, WiFi available and it had its own small parking space right outside of the property. Close to the centre of Ashby so easy to shop if necessary. Host very friendly and key supplied in a key lock by the front door. Walk in shower which I class as a necessity, so happy stay in this property

A slightly bigger parking space possibly, possibly not suitable for larger cars

As I am disabled and can’t walk far , The Former New Inn was easily in reach of the town . As well as having a big Co op just a few yards away.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
