Amanda Luxury Cruise

The suite with the balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view at all times whilst on the cruise. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Anha our server and Andre the cruise leader who was very entertaining and made sure we were all having a good time.

We were lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was beautiful and had a balcony. The food was excellent and the service from the staff was fantastic. They looked after everything we needed and made us feel welcome and special on our New Year’s Eve stay. Thank you to David the restaurant manager and andre the cruise manager who made everything perfect.

Everything was perfect

I can't really rate this cruise specifically. We were moved to a different cruise line at the last hour. I booked Amanda after doing my research, and over the past few months I was chatting to 1 person for organising stuff there. That person left the company and none of my communications (through Whatsapp) was noted anywhere. 2 days before the cruise a new person was in touch. I repeated the entire process. Up to the day of the cruise, everything was smooth with the admin. Then an hour or so before I got sent a "we regret to inform you....." message. Stating that the cruise had leaks due to the storms. But there were no recent storms that would not have allowed the leakage identification to have only occurred on the morning of the cruise. They had weeks or months to do so. I believe this was simply an excuse. Perhaps for overbooking. Anyway, luckily enough, they booked us on another cruise that offered the same itinerary, so we were ok with that. However, it was another cruiseline, one that I had ruled out as part of my initial research. In the end, it worked out.

Andre was number 1 Good service and nice food. Well organised.

Relaxing cruise around ha long bay

Staff extremamente gentil e solícito. Tudo limpo, organizado e tranquilo.

Staff was super kind and attentive. Our personal butler James was excellent in taking care of us.

A little outdated. Probably needs a little renovation.

The Ha Long Bay is an amazing place to visit by boat. The cruise was private with few guests ä. Great activities

The crew was nice and helpful but very eagerly asked for personal ” top reviews”, very annoying and completely destroying the review system. This seems to be a standard way in Vietnam. Drinks where very expensive, including plain water
