The staff on board the ship were friendly.

The management. We made a booking through booking.com for 2 adults and 1 child. The booking said that the child stays for free. We were then advised that the child will be charged 75 percent of the adult fare. When we showed them the booking. Com confirmation, we were advised that the booking.com portal was wrong. Also, we checked its itinerary on Klook which showed kayaking in the caves and visiting of multiple caves, but we were only taken to one cave. Caves itinerary has been attached with this review, this was not followed. Also, the Karaoke was just a mic, we had to use our phone for the Karaoke.

Amanda Luxury Cruise is one of the best experiences you can book in Vietnam Amazing staff manager Andre , all people are just so kind and trying to help every time . Ruby the waitress was there every second ready to deliver anything you need in a link of an aye Clean rooms and tasty food Totally recommend

"Terrible! DO NOT STAY WITH THEM"

They changed my stay from amanda to le joyrney at the last moment saying there was a issue in my room. I don’t believe it. Food was really terrible. I dont think the chef knows what he’s doing. I was quite hungry through out. I paid for a shuttle bus with them on the way back. They forced us to stop at a bamboo shop and made us forcefully Watch people sell things to us. Felt like an absolute scam and ruined my experience. I missed my flight because of this stupid stop. They are just trying to make money from the bamboo shop. DONT BOOK WITH THEM! Go to CALISTA CRUISE
