Hotel is far from main city

They charged us 4x for a room with zero view and disgusting smell in the bathroom . The breakfast was rubbish and is definitely the worst i ever had from my 48 years of lifetime .

The heater in the room just didnt work. Theres no point of a bath tub if one can't fill it up with warm water in a hill station whch can get quite nippy in the morning in the eveng. Considering the price one paid for the room, i would not say its value for money.... its better to spend a bit more and stay in a slightly more expensive property like a Mayfair or other such proper hotels

Weather was cold. And due to the badly insulated rooms, especially on upper floors, it really felt cold inside the room despite the hot air blower. We also needed the matress heater
