GBThe hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The views were lovely. Bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We appreciate the electric blankets! The pakodas we had on room service were excellent!
The restaurant food could be better - the buffet was lukewarm and the staff appeared to be very inexperienced.

Staff were very friendly however we kept having to ask for things, eg toilet paper, asked 3 times, coffee not refilled in room staff could of been a bit more attentive at breakfast, again having to keep asking for things, didn’t even get served a hot drink. food at night was nice but didn’t bring food altogether eg - bright rice then 20 mins later brought the chicken so only had food once at hotel
SEWonderful room and bathroom. The heating fan and electric blankets were life saviours in the chilly winter Darjeeling.
The breakfast staff weren’t trained to serve western continental breakfast and we had difficulties getting through with English. The reception staff and the ”bell boy” were all very hospitable and spoke English well.
FRININRooms were simply amazing. Good spacious room along with balcony which had a view of mount kanchenjunga
Nothing as such . Only food prices were slightly higher
