This is the best hotel in terms of the quality of rooms with the best and modern bathroom. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location even though far away from center of the city, is very quiet.

I was charged more than what is quoted as final price. They also charged me extra for breakfast which was included in my room itself. There is the problem in the hot water in the bathroom as due to big jacuzzi and bathtub, the geyser water is not sufficient to provide constant hot water during shower. The breakfast has very limited and in fact the worst choice as compared to the price they are charging.

The staff were excellent. The facilities, impeccable. The location subpar.

The distance from the hotel to The Mall road is too much. Moreover, the hotel is on a one way road which makes commuting more difficult. Although it's a personal choice. Some people like to stay away from the crowd.

The look, the staff, the cleanliness

The location. It was on a one-way street where most public vehicles weren't willing to go and were charging a hefty amount to just want to go there.

Everything from behaviour and cooperation of the staff made our stay a very comfortable one.

The location of the property is about 15 minutes walk from the mall road but this negative can turn out to be a positive factor if you want a peaceful stay with your family away from the bustle of the busy market place of the mall road .

The hotel is about 20-25 minutes walk to Mall Road (Darjeeling‘s main shopping road). The location is perfect - I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony and a mountain view, as on a clear day, you will see Kangchendzönga. Even on other days, you will have a great panoramic view of the city. The whole staff is friendly and lovely and will give you perfect service - the staff at the reception is fluent in English. The food (we only had breakfast) is great, too, and there is something for everyone‘s taste (Western International, Indian, Local, Chinese), including fresh fruit and low-fat high-fibre options. One some days, there is a buffet - on the other days, you can order à la carte. Note that for breakfast, you will have to order eggs and tea/coffee, even if there is a buffet, as they are freshly made. The furniture is modern. There is daily room service, and the place is sparkling clean. However, room service is only between 2-5pm, and you will need to leave your key at the reception, if you want your room to be cleaned that day. There is also a laundry service available - you will have to ask at the reception and pay extra. Normal service takes 2 days, but if you ask, they can also arrange an express-service (1 day).

We were happy with everything, but there are several things visitors need to be aware of: On arrival, you are told that you cannot bring outside food (beverages are allowed) into your rooms and you have to close the windows when leaving the room - this is NOT because they want to make money out of you by forcing you to eat in the restaurant or because there are any safety issues. This is rather, because there are monkeys in Darjeeling who are looking for food and might end up in your room, if given a chance (and they are actually quite dangerous animals as they might bite). There is a tea room on the top floor which likely has an even more wonderful view. Unfortunately, you had to announce that you want to have tea to the staff 2-3 hours in advance, and you can only have tea between 4 and 7pm.

Well positioned great facilities! The view from the balcony is mind blowing ! On a lucky day you can see a clear view of Kanchanjungha ! What else you need

The breakfast is too repetitive and it don’t have basic things and they don’t include deserts ! Even after requesting many times they weren’t added ! In dining menu is super super expensive! Like a Dum aloo is 276 + tax ! Which is a looting price
