Nice accommodation, near to centre, Nice view of the countryside. Could be a lot better with attention to details.

Front door entrance needed cleaning old spiderwebs etc. We were informed by the host, Adrian of the following: To be careful in shower as was broken by previous guests. Couldn't use oven as was left extremely dirty by previous guests. Chair missing from terrace as was broken by previous guests. General standard of cleaning could be improved.

Spacious, clean, lovely terrace at the back to enjoy a coffee on in the morning. Great location if you’re visiting Hencote Winery and the town centre also. Massive shout out to Adrian for having such a great place and being such a great guy
