Good parking under ground

Had to park on yellow lines to Go Get key to get into car park and the same in morning then had to go back to room To put keys in key safe

The apartment was very convenient for restaurants and shops. The facilities in the apartment were first class. Comfortable clean and quiet.

You had to access the apartment block to collect the key fob which allows access to the underground car park. It meant parking illegally or paying for parking in the nearby council car park while I fetched the keys. No problem if you have a companion or friend with you. The entry instructions were quite complex and were sent to me only a few hours before arrival at the apartment. I was driving from Cornwall so I didn't get to see them until I actually arrived.

The apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

Having to park elsewhere while finding the key to get into the parking area. Google map took me all round the houses.

The property is very modern, and beautifully designed. Great location close to the shops and good access around

The whole hallway before getting in the apartment smells like weed. After entering in the apartment I quickly noticed that it wasn’t the one I paid for, as I paid extra for a upgrade. The apartment I was supposed to have should have a balcony, but this didn’t. The lamp in the room wasn’t working, the washing machine were making so much noise, it sounded like there was stone washing. Which was placed right next to the boiler so after 5 minutes of using it I had to interrupt the process. The bathroom extractor isn’t really extracting properly. There is no drying rack so there is nowhere you can place your clothes to wash. There is no place for the jackets neither hangers.

Full of immigrants wasnt as expected moved the bed Hadnt been cleaned underneath filthy, fire alarm going off till 9:30pm had to move room to another floor the whole place wasnt wat expected housing immigrants

The apartment was very clean with everything that I needed.
