BRAND NEW Apartments with FREE Parking and WIFI!

The flat was really nice. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Good location, near shops and places to eat. Not too far away from the bus and train station. Brilliant place to stay if you're visiting Thorpe Park which was only a 10-15 minute bus ride away.

Everything was great. Would stay again. ❤️

Close to town centre and the river and has car parking. New property and well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Wide balcony and great view. Staff were prompt with responses and efforts were made eg delivering lightbulbs and headboard repair

Common areas are dirty with rubbish in halls and around the building. Car park is handy but feels slightly unsafe as dark and has abandoned feel. Clean inside apartment apart from some spots eg inside sofa. No air con and the flat and hallway can be very hot. Some lights missing light bulbs and headboard was broken

Location good, parking is the real bonus here, we were doing University pickup, so had a car crammed with stuff, the underground car park is a great feature here.

The main entrance door security was broken, so anyone could just wander into the building. It feels a bit weird to rent a room for on a corridor where people are also living, there were young kids playing in the hallways, not a problem, but a bit odd.

DO NOT GET DECEIVED BY THE BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY POSTED IN BOOKING.COM - Overall a substandard property, false alarm triggers frequently, since no security personnel deployed at the property the false alarm continue ringing throughout the later half of the night and someone closes the alarm only after 6am. This disrupts sleep, out of 12 nights of my stay, I could not sleep for 2 nights. - The house keeping is far below standard, at the outset it appears neat and clean, however, below the bed, in the corners, around the side table there are accumulated dust and hairs from previous tenants visible clearly. I only notice it after 2 days and request deep cleaning for which the property owner declined stating that this was reported on the 3rd day of check-in. Otherwise need to pay GBP 100/-. - The property has semi-circle windows due to which the curtain does not close fully. When the sun rises, the room lightens and one tend to wake-up. Through out my stay I did not have a complete and satisfactory sleep.

Good location, just in front of restaurants, shopping mall and Staines Bus Stop. Takes us directly to Thrope Park, and is a 13m walk to the Train station itself. - As we were on the highest floor we had alright views, but mostly toward other rundown buildings. - Not much noise at night. - Blackout curtains were amazing. Modern thermostat and light control. Spacious rooms. - Comfy couch, TV provided and you can use streaming services (but you need to sign into your own accounts obviously) - No direct face to face contact with host, which I wouldn't have minded but did prefer. - Adequate amounts of plates, cups and wine glasses. - Good size and comfort of bed.

The building is dirty and rundown but apartment is okay. It IS NOT brand new!!! Just modern looking but dirty in the out-of-sight places. - Lift was out of service and had to walk up 5 floors with luggage. Was NOT informed either before check-in, nor during booking. - Found a dead insect on my duvet and an insect on the wall. Another dead insect on the living room carpet. - Towel left in washing machine, couldn't use the washing machine for our clothes. - No bathmat provided, bathroom got flooded and we had to use spare towels as a bathmat. Kind of gross. - This one's a bit funny. They gave us a bodywash & shampoo 2-in-1 bottle. That's ridiculously cheap and also, where do you even get that???!? - There's only one dining table, there is no particular desk, so you won't be able to work on anything. - We told them in advance we would need extra pillows and duvet as we are 6 people but there are only two double beds. We got the sofa bed, and they left us to do the duvet and pillows, which is fine, but didn't even provide a pillowcase for one of them... - We asked for fans, and the fans had mould on them. Not pleasant! - Said that they had all kitchen necessities provided and since we have to cook our own meals, we were sad to see we got dirty pans and no oil. Who on Earth remembers to pack cooking oil on their holidays...? - For some reason the hosts sent me check-in messages over 5 times on the day of check-in, all of them incredibly wordy and hard to read. Did manage to read through however, but they sent a google doc link that was expired/isn't valid anymore and it was difficult to get directions. - We wanted a bit of an earlier check-in and later check-out but it took me 4 days before and into my booking to get a response. Multiple people handle your booking.. - One ply tissue paper. And one of them looked like a roll that got drenched in water and it dried up all crinkly. Eugh.

Very modern and clean

Was very hot in the apartment, no heating on at any time but roasting for some reason. May need to look at some Aircon for summer
