BRAND NEW Apartments with FREE Parking and WIFI!

The property was central to everything we needed train station, shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed in a studio apartment which was beautifully furnished and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Another big plus for us was the secure free parking. We stayed here for five nights whilst visiting our son who lives close by in Addlestone. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Although the apartment itself was clean the communal areas were very dirty and did smell unpleasant. They don't give a good first impression when you first enter the entrance.

The Apartment is well located in Staines, close to the pedestrian area and Two River shopping mall so plenty of choice available. The underground parking is a life saver. The apartment is well equipped with modern fittings, more than suffiiceint for 2 people staying, it would be a bit crammed if more than 2. Bathroom is new nicely fitted, good shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Internet works well too.

Criticisms mainly connected to what is outside the apartment. The common areas are, although new and modern, pretty grubby, not helped by the local penchant to have carpets in these areas which are impossible to keep clean and presentable, particularly on the street level. We stayed 1 month, nobody cleans them. The floor seems to be the collecting ground for flyers of every restaurant in the area. This is out of control of the apartment owner whom we are sure would endeavour to improve this if they could.

The bedroom on the main road is quite loud at night. Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment and it's above the toilet, which was frustrating.
