It was clean uncluttered quiet and comfortable

No oven gloves so impossible to use e the oven No T towel to dry the dishes

Location, it was close to Thorpe park.

The place was very small, initially l booked a one bedroom apartment only to find a studio apartment which was very small for a family of 3. The WiFi wasn't working, for the 2 days we spent there. Customer care was rubbish, when l called to speak to someone regarding my disappointment of a studio, they said they will call me back but no one called back and even when l called they never picked up. I can never recommend this place to anyone staying as a family. It wasn't worth the money.

No ventilation, no cleaning, paid such a heavy price for a very bad room.
