BRAND NEW Apartments with FREE Parking and WIFI!

SELF CATERING APPARTMENT SO BREAKFAST NOT APPLICABLE. LOCATION OF APPARTMENT WAS DEPRESSING. SECURITY WAS POOR AS ONE EXTERIOR ACCESS CODED DOOR WAS

LOCATION OF APPARTMENT WAS DEPRESSING. SECURITY WAS POOR AS ONE EXTERIOR CODED DOOR WAS PERMENANTLY OPEN AND INTERIOR DOOR CODES WERE HAND WRITTEN ON THE WALL NEXT TO THE CODE BOX. CAR PARK ACCESS AND EXIT BY FOOT AT NIGHT WAS CONCERNING DUE TO FEELING UNSAFE! SEVERAL OF THE APARTMENTS APPEARED TO BE OCCUPIED BY HOMELESS FAMILIES. ACCESS TO THE APPARTMENT ON ARRIVAL WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM BOOKING.COM AND INVOLVED ALTERNATIVE HOTEL STAY ON FIRST NIGHT UNTIL CORRECT ACCESS INFORMATION COULD BE ACHIEVED. THE APPARTMENT WAS LISTED AS A BRAND NEW LUXURY APPARTMENT WHICH IT CERTAINLY WASN'T, IT WAS CLEAN BUT SHABBY AND CERTAINLY NOT NEW. WE WERE EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!

Some noise as some apartments are used as temporary accommodation for people the corridor were our apartment was located was used as a play ground by children

1. The keys left in the lockbox did not open the door. I had to wait for the host not a word of apology. 2. The nose in the Hall way is shocking 3. The shower is so small, it claustrophobic, lack utensils and plates 4. On my last day the garage door electrics ALL died so\ I could not get my car out. I called the host numerous times eventually she picked up and all she worried was the keys and the cleaners not a word of sorry u missed your flight

Location was good.

Dirty, noisy and smells heavy

The location good, beds comfortable and clean towels.

The apartment was part clean. All the walls had marks on them also the dinning chairs were unable to sit on because they had screws missing. Bath room radiator coming away and the dishwasher missing a door on the front. The description to this apartment is miss leading because this is not a new apartment block at all and it didn't full fill my expectations.

location was good property was spacious clean, clean towels and linen, videos ect sent were good but could of done with them a bit earlier before arrival so knew where to go ect prior to travel

front entrance door broken didn’t lock not very secure, foyer and lift ect were dirty and smelly, property was incredibly hot, beds very uncomfortable have room for better size bed and comfier mattress, walls very thin could be easily disturbed and WiFi didn’t work for the first 2 days of our stay then could only watch tv through own apps and picking up car park fob was a bit of a hassle on arrival. we were out most of the daytime so didn’t hinder us too much with some of the issues but had planned to stay in on the evening but with no tv and WiFi with a child we had to opt to go out which wasn’t really in the plan for the weekend as was visiting theme parks in the day.
