BRAND NEW Apartments with FREE Parking and WIFI!

The apartment was reasonably clean and in good condition. The kitchen was fine and there was a dining table provided which we like. The parking availability was very good.

We needed to collect the key from the apartment before being able to park the car which we did manage but parking in Staines is not easy. Unfortunately the fob for the garage was missing from the key ring but the owner dealt with that almost immediately. Our main problem was the cleanliness of the communal areas (stairwells and corridors ) which were absolutely filthy. It was very off-putting on arrival and we were not sure we would stay but the apartment was clean and the locks on doors meant that only residents could access the building.

We forget a New Jacket in room closet. We informed the property owner immediately (within 20 minutes) after check-out, and followed up multiple times, we still didn't get back. The key issue with the property is about the "response time" from the property owner.

The appointment was too warm. More than 40°. We find it hard to relax or sleep

Video instructions were very good, easy to follow. The apartment is clean, with plenty of space. Balcony was an added bonus that was much needed in the heat of the apartment.

Written instructions need better layout for all the codes you need to input on arrival. Free parking is great but the process takes ages. Having to find parking nearby to pick up the car park fob before your first entry is needlessly cumbersome. Remembering all the codes to get in and out is also a nightmare. Once you get into the building the stairwell and lift look awful, unkempt and dirty. Thankfully that changes when you step into the apartment. The heat though… as soon as you step out of the lift, the heat is overwhelming. 45 degrees when I got back one night! The apartment has fans but they only push the hot air around so you have to resort to opening all the doors wide open and unfortunately this helps only a little. The heat of the building is too overbearing without some form of air conditioning

Flat is good and big enough for a family stay. All the equipment is working and in good condition. Well designed and quite comfortable stay. Location is also amazing and just in the next to high street. Even though we haven't seen any staff but communication was good enough to get into the apartment without any problem.

There was no closet, even any hanger. There is enough space in the flat for a proper closet or wardrobe, but we have arranged our own hangers and hung the shirts and stuff to door handles. The main problem is that the apartment entry, stairs, and holes are extremely dirty with garbage. Looks like nobody has cleaned the area for ages.

Location,check in process was well explained and easy to understand

No luggage storage facility ,couldn't get early check in or late check out so had to book a day time hotel on day of arrival and day of departure

Due to its location and height, the flat has lovely views from the outside towards Virginia Water and Windsor. From the inside balconies, you get a nice view of Staines and, in the distance, London. It's nice to be able to unwind watching the planes taking off from Heathrow too (with A380s taking off frequently).

The hosting was pretty mediocre. You're alone on the weekend - pretty much no hosting support whatsoever, so if you have an issue, that could be challenging. The flat temperature was also pretty warm-boiling on the first night. As each room seems to have a thermostat, we were under the impression this could be regulated. They can't. The thermostats are as decorative as plastic fruits on a table. Each room does have a fan, but even then, at times, the temperature was a struggle.
