Proprietatea este minunată, in primul rând si cel mai important este faptul ca curățenia este făcută cu atenție , locație aproape de centru . Are toate ustensilele și toate electrocasnicele potrivite pentru o familie .

The apartment has a great, stylish design, modern appliances, and beautiful dishes. 👌 The apartment's main advantage is that it's very warm in winter. We also liked the apartment's location, near a landmark that's interesting to visit both day and night. The host quickly responds to messages and helps with any problems.

Excellent location! Double windows plus double glaze. Peaceful sleep even though there are bars outside.

Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajada. La cocina está completamente equipada, cuenta con lavadora y secadora, dos baños y todo en perfecto estado. Viajé con mi mujer y mi hijo, y estuvimos realmente muy a gusto. El lugar estaba impecable, bien insonorizado, con buena calefacción, iluminación y una decoración muy cuidada. En fin, todo estuvo súper bien. Sin dudas, cuando volvamos a Sevilla, nos encantaría hospedarnos aquí nuevamente.

Location, layout of apartment, spacious, modern and clean

The code for the door was very temperamental and the code given was incorrect to the once initially messaged through. The pillows were stained but other than that it was a great apartment and I would stay again.

Centrale ligging, ruim appartement en erg schoon. Vaatwasmachine, wasmachine, servies alles zat erin. Parkeerplaats gratis was een groot pluspunt. Alles goed uitgelegd met video's waar je de codes moet invoeren etc. Bed was comfortabel, ruim genoeg voor 2 personen.

Voor iemand van 2 meter lang kan het bed te klein zijn en het plafond laag aanvoelen. De bovenburen hebben een kind die in het weekend lekker rondrent maar geeft geen overlast

Perfect location. 2 mins walk from shops and 5 mins to old town. Neighbourhood was quiet, very close to store for all our needs, bus stops and restaurants. Property was warm enough, we didn't use the heating and had hot water 24/7.

There is no clear separation between double and two single beds, so it is like all of us where sleeping in the same room. There was a big door for the "small room", however, if you use the 2nd single bed, the door cannot shut completely, and leaves a big opening.

Super bem localizado, camas confortáveis , lençóis e toalhas limpos e cheirosos, decoração linda e super completo de utilidades , amamos !
