Arrival at the flat is automatic, and there will be no staff to greet you in person. It is essential to follow the arrival instructions provided to gain access to the accommodations. In case of problems on arrival, we will be available to assist you until 24:00. After that time, you will be able to access the flat using the instructions provided, but there will be no further assistance from us. Please plan your arrival in advance and make sure you have everything you need for a smooth check-in. All guests must complete their online registration prior to arrival, in accordance with local regulations as set out in Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October. Once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to proceed with the registration. During the verification process, guests must fill in all the data requested, as well as upload a photo of themselves for online validation. This step is necessary to verify the identity of each guest. The process will be carried out through the application ‘Chekin’, a company specialized in the management of travelers' registrations. Arrival instructions will not be sent until all guests have successfully completed the check-in process.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lösung des Stellplatzes in der Parkgarage und Lage der Wohnung sind top."

Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nicht perfekt, denn durch das 4.Bett lässt sich die Schiebetür nicht mehr schließen. Fazit: alle 4 schlafen in einem großen Raum.

"Good choice for a short stay in Seville"

Spacious, comfortable apartment. The host was very kind and responsive and answered any question we had. (Free) parking is a great plus, and the main reason why we booked it. You can find anything you need in the apartment, as it is very well equipped.

Quite far from Plaza Espana - 30 mins walking. Very noisy if you leave the windows open. Also, noise coming from the upper floor and from the entrance. There was a smell in the entrance, and lots of humidity inside the apartment. The door of the downstairs room does not close, which was a major disadvantage for us.

"Clean and parking is convenient"

I loved how clean the apartment was and how responsive the staff was. Parking was convenient, given how crowded Seville is.

The location is not in the central area of Seville (plaza). It's at least a 25 to 30 minute walk. For a family with a little one, it was a bit of a trek everyday.
