Arrival at the flat is automatic, and there will be no staff to greet you in person. It is essential to follow the arrival instructions provided to gain access to the accommodations. In case of problems on arrival, we will be available to assist you until 24:00. After that time, you will be able to access the flat using the instructions provided, but there will be no further assistance from us. Please plan your arrival in advance and make sure you have everything you need for a smooth check-in. All guests must complete their online registration prior to arrival, in accordance with local regulations as set out in Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October. Once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to proceed with the registration. During the verification process, guests must fill in all the data requested, as well as upload a photo of themselves for online validation. This step is necessary to verify the identity of each guest. The process will be carried out through the application ‘Chekin’, a company specialized in the management of travelers' registrations. Arrival instructions will not be sent until all guests have successfully completed the check-in process.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"I would stay there again!"

This modern, exceptionally equipped apartment was spotless and perfectly located in the Old Town—within walking distance of most attractions. A huge bonus was the free parking at the garage nearby. It really feels like a luxury stay!

Top location right across the road from the famous Rinconcillo bar. Minutes walk to all the attractions.

We couldn't get the induction cooker to work, probably due to technological ignorance.

This was a great apartment- instructions clearly describe how to access and it was quiet. It is only a few minutes walk to Setas de Seville and during our stay we walked to most of the sights of Seville, Calle Sierpes and Plaza de Espana. Instructions for getting into the apartment was clear and very easy. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. with large TV for relaxing after the days activity. We enjoyed making breakfast a couple of mornings even though there is a cafe and bakery within a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and there was extra bedding and plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again

A great little apartment, right in the center of Sevilla, but on a quiet street. It’s got everything a traveller would need, its clean, spacious and stylish. The provided parking is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. We were very happy with it and would definitely stay again.

This beautiful loft apartment made everything even better. The location is great for walking, close to “Las Setas,” and if you have a car, parking is included in the price. I recommend following all the instructions once you check in! Very recommended for couples and maybe with a one minor

I love everything. My only minor recommendation is to have more towels. There was nothing bad with what we had; it's just a personal preference!

The property was very noisy in the mornings. The front apartment. Started around 630 am. Not much noise insulation in apartment and right on the street
