Dee Lodge

Clean, comfortable welcoming such a lovely place.

Nothing it was great, shower wasn’t working but to be fair I hadn’t told the staff as we were only staying one night. However I’m sure had I said something about it they would’ve done their upmost to sort it.

The lodges are beautiful, very modern and comfortable, Angie was a great host and lovely lady, the views were stunning and hottub was a beautiful addition, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Nothing was all excellent

It was very modern, great location, and very comfortable.

When we arrived there was still food in the fridge from the last person who stayed there. The keys were already in the door with the doors wide open.

The mini hut was lovely , plenty cutlery pots and pans . Even 2 towels included for the use of the hot tub. It was spotless. The hot tub was amazing .

There wasn’t any where to sit apart from the bed . There was a tiny chair to seat maybe 1 .

Lovely and clean

Our 10 year anniversary and wanted something special, for what we paid it was v basic, The shower wasn't hot The was no plug by the mirror so couldn't dry hair with a mirror. Nowhere to put toiletries. The photo advertising the lodge was totally different to ours, we had visions of lying in the sun on loungers when reality it was completely shaded with uncomfortable chairs No hand towel Towels were v low quality for price and good job we weren't large as they wouldn't have fit round us. No storage if there for more than 1 night. It wasn't as private as the photos look either, the caravan park is right next to the lodge, On check out morning there was a guy drilling at 815am my husband had to go out and ask him to be quiet till check out at 10, may as well had kids waking us up as usual. I came away thinking we had wasted £175

Not value for money. Stayed a year ago and it was lovely, wine and biscuits left, all items in good Condition. This time no ‘finishing touches’ although other recent reviews have said they did so seems hit and miss, no WiFi this time around. Mugs in cabin a bit worse for wear and stained, and glasses were dirty. Not the end of the world but the price tag didn’t reflect this time round.

Everything was fantastic. Lodge was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. TV with Netflix. Hot tub was brilliant. Location was a lovely short walk down the canal to the town centre. The staff were helpful, friendly and very responsive. Couldn’t fault it.

Only feedback would be there was only one cutting knife and that was a bread knife. Just a few extra cutting knives would be handy. Also the check in on booking.com says midday but is actually 2pm which I believe they have been trying to get updated for a while.
